1. General Rules
- All users must be 18 years of age or older to place a bet.
- By placing a bet, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to all rules and terms of service.
- Bet Gamble reserves the right to void any bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to human or technical error.
- Bets are settled based on the official results provided by the governing body of the respective event.
- The maximum and minimum bet amounts are subject to change and may vary between different events.
2. Bet Settlement
- An event is considered settled once the official outcome is known and confirmed.
- Winning bets are paid out once the event is settled. The payout amount is calculated as: (Bet Amount) x (Odds).
- If an event is canceled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided, and the bet amount will be refunded to the user's account.
- In the case of a "void" event, all bets are returned, and it is treated as if the bet was never placed.
3. Specific Market Rules (Examples)
Politics
- Election results are settled based on the official declaration by the national electoral commission of the respective country.
- Bets on "Next Prime Minister/President" will be settled based on the individual who is sworn into office.
Sports
- For football (soccer) matches, all bets are settled on the result after 90 minutes of play (plus injury time), unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify").
- For tennis, if a player retires before the match is completed, all bets on the match outcome will be void.
4. Account Rules
- Each user is permitted to have only one account. The discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Bet Gamble is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of our terms and conditions.
